Reservations: To confirm your reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the stay is required. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. The credit card deposit is processed at the time of booking. If you are making multiple bookings or an extended stay period of greater than 3 days, please call us to assist with the booking if you do not wish to pay the full 50% deposit.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
Cancellations: Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call or e-mail us at least 14 (fourteen) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation, less a $25 processing fee per room.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days* notice, a 50% charge will be applied against your reservation deposit. If you must cancel with less than a 7-day notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made.
Early departure and partial cancellations, stays that are shortened due to medical or family emergencies, bad weather, missed or cancelled flights or change of plans fall within the cancellation policy.
*A 30-day cancellation notice is required on multiple room bookings, whole house bookings, and for some holidays, October and Leaf Season and special events. Certain holidays, October and the week between Christmas and New Year’s is full rate.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in at the Inn is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Early Check-ins are only allowed with prior authorization. Please call us if you are delayed or expect to arrive later than 6:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.
Parking: Parking is available directly in front of the Inn on the street and in the church parking lot next door to the Inn. If utilizing the street parking, please be sure to park in the direction of traffic. Although guests may pull into the driveway for unloading and loading luggage, please do not utilize the small owner parking at the rear of the Inn.
Smoking: For the safety and comfort of guests, smoking, vaping or the use of any tobacco products is not permitted anywhere at the Inn. Smoking in the rooms can result in a $125 cleaning fee, which will automatically be charged to your credit card.
Damages: Your room will be inspected for property damage after check-out, including missing amenities, heavily-soiled linens and carpet stains. We reserve the right to seek payment for any expenses incurred for repair or replacement.
Capacity/Occupancy: Each room has a maximum capacity, which is determined by county regulations. All room prices are quoted as double occupancy. Additional room guests, including children over the age of ten (10) may be may be accommodated in the Deluxe rooms (rooms which have a sleeper sofa). The charge for an additional guest is $20 per night.
Children: Guests staying in our Inn expect a quiet, adult environment, therefore we welcome only children over the age of ten (10).
Pets: We apologize, but we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind. Please call for assistance in boarding your pet locally.
Rates are subject to Buncombe County and North Carolina State Sales and Lodging taxes.
